🎯 Your Role

As a Founders Associate, you’ll work directly with the founders (CEO & COO) across both strategic and operational projects. You’ll be a problem-solver, doer, and sparring partner supporting all areas of the business: marketing, sales, events, operations, and more.

🛠️ Your Tasks

• Support internal operations (HR, admin, organisation)
• Drive content & marketing (website, LinkedIn, newsletter, presentations)
• Prepare materials for customers, partners, and investors
• Assist with B2B sales & event organisation (fairs, demos, trade shows)
• Contribute to investor updates & pitch preparations

👤 Your Profile

• Hands-on, proactive, and structured
• Strong communication & organisational skills
• Able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
• International mindset: fluent in English + solid German (B2+)
• Bonus: experience in marketing, operations, or business development with startups
